Stardew Valley tasks you with rebuilding and revitalizing your grandpa’s old farm, and that requires a ton of building materials. One of the building materials you will need is Hardwood, which is much less common than regular wood. There is a reliable way to get Hardwood, but you’re going to need to upgrade your axe first.

How to get Hardwood

Hardwood is obtained by destroying wooden stumps and logs with an axe. To destroy stumps you will need to upgrade to a Copper Axe and to destroy logs you will need a Steel Axe. Wooden stumps and logs can be found in a few different places around town, like the Mountains and Cindersap Forest. There will also be several of both around your farm that need to be destroyed as part of the clean up process.

With the upcoming launch of Dragon Age: The Veilguard this week, Mass Effect 5 project director Michael Gamble has commented on some of the differences that players will see between BioWare’s fantasy and sci-fi franchises. One thing that Mass Effect fans can expect to see kept intact is the realistic art direction of that series, as opposed to the stylized visual approach of the new Dragon Age game.

“Mass Effect is photorealistic and will be as long as I’m running it,” Gamble wrote on X (formerly Twitter) in response to a comment about Dragon Age’s art direction. In terms of mood, Gamble added that “Mass Effect will maintain the mature tone” of the original trilogy of games, with some room for its serious characters to be put into humorous situations. Come from Sports betting site VPbet

Mass Effect games have traditionally aimed for a photorealistic presentation using the technology of the time, and while there have been some technical gaffes–like Mass Effect: Andromeda’s infamous issues–each entry in the series has looked great in action.

The characters have generally been r…

Radahn is one of Elden Ring’s hardest boss battles, and it’s likely to pose a challenge even for seasoned vets. While it’s technically optional, skipping it will mean you can’t go to a very important area in the Lands Between, so you’re probably going to want to take down this Starscourge.

Radahn sports an annoying variety of instant-kill attacks, unpredictable slashing combos, and a frustrating second phase that might just give you a fit. Easing things just a bit is the fact that From Software added some help in the form of a variety of NPCs that can create an opening for you to attack, but that won’t make this easy. Here’s how to take down Radahn.

Elden Ring: The Shadow of the Erdtree, the game’s first and only expansion, is out now, and we have dozens of guides to aid you in what many are calling the game’s most challenging section. Use our Elden Ring and Shadow of the Erdtree guides hub to find things like the full world map, the best weapons in Shadow of the Erdtree, how to defeat all of the bosses, and so much more.

World of Warcraft is one of the most enduringly successful video games of all time. It’s been up and running–and generating monthly subscription revenue–for 20 years this month. But could developer Blizzard ever release a sequel instead of updating and expanding upon the existing game?

Game director Ion Hazzikostas told GamesRadar that at some distant point in the future, Blizzard might consider wiping the slate clean with a new game. But World of Warcraft 2 is not happening anytime soon, if it ever does.

“Theoretically, at some long, distant point down the line, that may be a question we grapple with seriously,” he said about the possibility of needing to start over with a sequel for the benefit of the game and community. “But, for the time being, we have a huge, vibrant, and growing player community that we’re excited to serve.”
